WY Atlantis, Ltd. is a mixed-use land development company based in Dallas, Texas, primarily focused on residential and master-planned communities currently in Texas. WY Atlantis specializes in adding value to land investments ranging up to 2,000 acres through securing necessary entitlements and constructing the infrastructure required for residential communities.

WY Atlantis is owned by Wyatt Henderson and Allen Jones, former principals and co-founders of Marlin Atlantis, Dallas-based Westmount Realty Capital, LLC, and The Yucaipa Companies, a Los Angeles-based private equity investment firm.  

Wyatt Henderson
Mr. Henderson has spent the last 12 years focused on real estate and land acquisitions. In 2002, he teamed with Allen Jones to create Atlantis Real Estate, LLC and the firm established itself through a number of noteworthy residential projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In 2003, the company expanded its market by merging with Marlin Land Development, LLC.

As a co-founder of Marlin Atlantis, Mr. Henderson was instrumental in acquiring more than 4,000 acres in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston areas. These lands have been master-planned and will continue to be developed into single-family homesites and commercial pad sites.

Allen Jones
Mr. Jones has also been in the land acquisition and real estate development industry for 12 years. In 2002, he co-founded Atlantis Development, Ltd. with Mr. Henderson. They grew the firm successfully and merged it with Marlin Land Development, LLC in 2003 to form Marlin Atlantis. Marlin Atlantis acquired, entitled and developed land into multi-phase, master-planned residential communities. During his years with Marlin Atlantis, the firm acquired approximately 4,000 acres of land for master-planned development.
