Autumnwood is a 315-acre master-planned community in Montgomery County just west of The Woodlands, an upscale neighborhood some 24 miles due north of Houston. This location offers a 30 minute commute to the major employment centers on the north side of Houston. . Schools are provided by Tomball and Magnolia I.S.D.’s. 

Improvements
Autumnwood will feature larger homesites in the range of 80-foot to more than 100-foot frontages extending to as large as three-fourths of an acre.

The heavily wooded neighborhood enjoys a special creek feature with the two-mile navigable Mills Creek meandering through the property and flowing into a 50-acre lake.

Four phases will be developed with 761 lots sized at 50’, 60’, 70’, and 80’. The land for the fifty foot lots will be sold to a builder about the time that development of Phase I is completed. The pro formas for the project reflect absorption at the rate of 34 lots per quarter. The smaller lots should be absorbed at the rate of 3 to 4 per month and the larger ones at 2 per month. There are expected to be 188-60’ lots, 166-70;’ lots and 203-80’ lots. The 50’ product that is being sold numbers 224.
