Description
Walgreens has a new store constructed by Westmount Realty Capital, LLC on a pad site at the southwest corner of Fort Worth Avenue and Bahama Drive, in front of the new Home Depot store at Stevens Park, which opened in July 2004. This store was completed in October 2004. Walgreens agreed to execute a triple net lease with a minimum term of 25 years.
