Westmount Realty Capital Sells 18-Building Portfolio

HOUSTON — Westmount Realty Capital recently sold an 18-building portfolio in north Houston. The portfolio includes office and warehouse properties as well as showroom space. All properties are located within the North Belt Industrial Park, which is located at Beltway 8 and the Hardy Toll Road. Westmount sold the portfolio to The Khoshbin Properties of Irvine, Calif.
