The penthouse view that was just adored by Eva Gabor in Green Acres doesn't always come with a multimillion-dollar price tag. Westmount Realty Capital LLC has converted downtown's Santa Fe Terminal building (built in 1924) into the SoCo Urban Loft Condos.
Wednesday night, VIPs are coming by for a party to launch sales of the lofts, which range from $108,900 for 778 square feet to $365,900 for one of the 2,030-square-foot two-story penthouses with private terraces.
