A partnership involving two Dallas-based companies has acquired the major portion of a shopping center at the northwest corner of Spring Creek Parkway and North Central Expressway in Plano.

The buyers were Centennial Real Estate Corp. and Westmount Realty Capital, both of Dallas, and New York-based The Praedium Group LLC. The price was not disclosed.

The partnership bought 145,274 square feet. The site consists of a vacated 60,882-square-foot Albertsons store, a 35,000-square-foot building formerly occupied by a furniture store and four smaller buildings.

The same partnership recently purchased four former Albertsons locations in the Metroplex totaling 238,247 square feet. Those properties are in Plano, Frisco, Mesquite and Mansfield.
