Partnership Buys Plano Shopping Center

An investment partnership has purchased a Plano shopping center.

New York-based Praedium Group, Centennial Real Estate Corp. and Westmount Realty Capital of Dallas bought the 145,274-squaare-foot retail property at the northwest corner of Spring Creek Parkway and North Central Expressway.

The shopping strip includes a 60,882-square-foot vacant Albertson's supermarket. The same partnership recently purchased former Albertson's locations in Plano, Frisco, Mesquite and Mansfield.
