Westmount Realty Capital Purchases 1000 Coit Road in Plano

Plano, Texas - Dallas-based Westmount Realty Capital recently purchased 1000 Coit Road, a 420,045-square-foot office facility in Plano. The building, which is located on 24 acres less than a mile north of the President George Bush Turnpike, was part of the former Alcatel USA campus. 1000 Coit Road features 180,000 square feet of office space as well as a warehouse, full-service cafeteria and parking for 790 vehicles.
