Westmount Realty Capital Purchases 18-Building Portfolio

Houston - Dallas-based Westmount Realty Capital has acquired North Belt
Industrial, an 18-building office/showroom/warehouse portfolio located
3 miles west of Bush International Airport in north Houston. The
471,145-square-foot portfolio is comprised of several adjacent
properties: Greenbriar Square Plaza (71,101 square feet); Greenbriar I
Plaza (96,937 square feet); Greenbriar II Plaza (77,474 square feet);
Greenbriar 8 Plaza (85,692 square feet); and Hedgecroft Square (142,941
square feet). Tenants include Continental Airlines, Securitas Security
Systems, Majewski Transportation, Goodman Manufacturing, Multi-Seal
Corp. and Constant Power Manufacturing. Westmount partnered with
Houston-based InSite Commercial Real Estate in the acquisition.
