Dallas-based Westmount Realty Capital has sold almost 4 acres near the northeast corner of Forest Lane and North Central Expressway to Forest Park Realty Partners III. The property, which is part of Westmount Health Campus, will be used for expanding Forest Park Medical Center.

In August, Forest Park Realty Partners III bought almost 7 adjoining acres from Westmount.

Forest Park Medical Center is a 66,000-square-foot specialty hospital that opened in March.

Westmount still owns more than 5 acres in the complex.
