A partnership of two Dallas companies has plans to redevelop a retail center at a highly traveled Plano intersection, beginning with a new Asian grocery store.
99 Ranch Market, a California-based Asian grocery chain, has leased 60,000 square feet at the Spring Creek Crossing neighborhood retail center, located at the northwest corner of Spring Creek Parkway and North Central Expressway, said Steve Levin, president of Centennial Real Estate.
Centennial partnered with Westmount Realty Capital LLC to purchase the 145,000-square-foot center in 2007 when Albertsons was moving out and selling the property, Levin said.
“It’s a fantastic location,” Levin said. “The property had multiple owners over the years, which is largely why the center has never been redeveloped in recent years. This is the only corner that has not been redeveloped since its original days.”
