David M. Striph has joined Westmount Realty Capital LLC, a privately held Dallas-based company with activities in commercial real estate investment, development and management, as senior managing director of the firm's real estate finance division, Westmount Structured Finance.
Striph joins Westmount after a two-year association with Fortress Investment Group in Dallas and five years as vice president/regional manager of Freemont Investment and Loan, also in Dallas. From 1994-2001, he was president and chief investment officer of AMRESCO Capital Trust, responsible for all aspects of a $250 million publicly traded structured-finance REIT.
