Westmount Realty Opens Southeast Office, Names Jennings Managing Director

Westmount Realty Capital L.L.C announced the formation of a Southeast
U.S. office and named Keith Jennings managing director. Jennings brings
25 years of industry experience to the position, and will spearhead the
company's entry into Florida and Georgia markets. Additionally,
Jennings has an extensive background in both commercial and residential
real estate development in Florida. He will concentrate on sourcing
value-add acquisitions throughout the Southeast region.
