Westmount Realty Capital, LLC, one of America's fastest growing commercial real estate investment, development and lending firms, has announced the formation of a Southeast U.S. office. Keith R. Jennings, a 25-year development professional based in Naples, FL, has been named Managing Director-Southeast Region and will spearhead the company's entry into the dynamic Florida and Georgia markets.

Mr. Jennings has an extensive background in both commercial and residential real estate development in Florida. He will concentrate on sourcing value-add acquisitions throughout the Southeast region.
