Steve Kanoff is executive vice president and partner of Westmount Realty Capital, LLC. He has operational responsibility for all aspects of property acquisition, disposition and development, underwriting, due diligence and asset management.

Mr. Kanoff grew up in New York, New York, and received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. He earned a Master's Degree in City and Regional Planning from Ohio State University. He has worked in real estate and related industries since 1975, and became a principal in 1993. His experience includes a wide variety of commercial property types, from hotels and warehouses to raw land and adaptive re-use projects.

Mr. Kanoff has served as Chairman of the West End Association in Dallas, and on the Dallas Central City TIF Board. He is currently a full member of Urban Land Institute.
