David M. Striph is senior managing director of Westmount Structured Finance, LLC. He is known throughout the commercial real estate industry for his expertise in the underwriting and structuring of complex loans and investments. Mr. Striph was formerly with Fortress Investment Group and for five years was vice president/regional manager of Fremont Investment and Loan in Dallas. From 1994-2001, he was president and chief investment officer of AMRESCO Capital Trust where he was responsible for all aspects of a $250 million publicly traded structured financed REIT. Mr. Striph is a graduate of Southern Illinois University.
