Jonathan Edmondson is responsible for acquisitions on a nationwide level. Prior to joining Westmount, Jonathan was a member of the Investment Services group of Transwestern where he participated in the origination and execution of investment sales and financing activities throughout the Southwest. In addition, Jonathan was a development associate with Realty Capital Corporation where he had responsibility for multiple office, retail, and single family developments. Jonathan is a graduate of Texas Christian University where he received a BBA with majors in both in Economics and Real Estate Finance. He recently appeared at UT Arlington as a Guest Lecturer for their prototype Certificate Program in Property Repositioning + Turnaround Strategies.
